Founded by Richard Morgan, Grumbolds is a fresh and new people development and business skills training company. Richard and his team work with companies who want to make their staff and management teams stronger, and Richard also works directly with small business owners who want to be more successful and to grow their business.
Richard has worked for 13 years as a Global Derivatives Trader and European M&A Sales Trader for two of Europe’s leading investment banks (HSBC & ING). He then started two businesses, taking them from start up to sale to a venture capital company in 2017.
Richard is passionate about helping people to develop their skills and helping business owners reach their targets. He is now a qualified Business Growth & People Development Consultant working with all types of businesses to help develop their people and grow their businesses.
He is unique in that he has experienced the highs and lows of being an entrepreneur and of running his own business along with working in larger organisations in senior leadership roles. He knows the academic theory, but more importantly he has real life experience in applying the theory to real people and businesses.
Richard and his team are absolutely committed to giving their clients a fantastic level of service and professional coaching, mentoring and training which importantly offers a tangible return on investment.
