The founder of Grumbolds Richard Morgan has years of sales experience. He has worked for 13 years as a sales trader for HSBC and ING Investment Banks in the City of London, running his own sales team in what many people consider to be one of the most competitive industries in the UK.

He has also owned his own event management businesses (built from his spare bedroom to sale to a venture capital company) so has been personally responsible for successfully building his own business and his own sales team and structure.
